Humana, Inc. is seeking a Channel Development Lead to define sales product strategy for call center and sales operations across multiple lines of business.

You will drive initiatives from concept through execution, develop KPIs, and partner with executives to improve member experience and sales performance. The role requires strong program management, data-driven decision making, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years in call center, contact center, sales operations, or similar ops.
• Experience managing multiple high-priority projects with competing deadlines.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional initiatives involving transformation or program delivery.
• Experience presenting updates and outcomes to senior leaders.
• Experience analyzing operational data to identify trends and gaps.
• Ability to resolve complex issues in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Influence across stakeholders without direct reporting authority.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategic initiatives from planning through execution with PM governance.
• Develop plans, roadmaps, milestones, risk logs, and executive status reports.
• Identify inefficiencies and risks through data, engagement, and workflow reviews.
• Lead process improvements to enhance member experience and sales efficiency.
• Translate strategies into executable programs with timelines and outcomes.
• Collaborate across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Tech, and partners.
• Provide concise, proactive communication and risk visibility to leadership.
