Job summary

The role requires strong project management, executive communication, and experience supporting call center or sales operations. Occasional travel and a variable schedule may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in call center, contact center, sales operations, customer service operations, or related operational environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent, high-priority projects with competing deadlines.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business transformation or program delivery.
• Experience communicating project updates, risks, and outcomes to senior leaders.
• Experience analyzing operational data to identify trends and gaps.
• Experience resolving complex operational issues in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic initiatives and complex projects from planning through execution with governance and tracking.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, milestones, risk logs, and executive status reports.
• Identify process inefficiencies, risks, and gaps through data analysis and stakeholder input.
• Lead process improvements to enhance member experience, agent efficiency, and sales performance.
• Translate strategies into executable programs with timelines and milestones.
• Operate effectively in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and aggressive timelines.
• Provide concise, proactive communication to executives with clear visibility into risks and progress.
• Collaborate across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and partners to drive initiatives.
• Leverage call center/sales ops expertise to optimize capacity, workflows, and performance.
• Anticipate issues and develop mitigation plans; escalate when needed.
• Connect information across programs to provide holistic business insights and recommendations.
• Facilitate meetings, drive decisions, assign ownership, and define next steps.
• Prepare executive-ready communications and reports translating complex concepts into outcomes.
