Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in the United States Kansas region is seeking a Channel Presales Technical Architect. You will be the trusted technical advisor to top channel partners, helping them position, design and deliver HPE storage and data protection solutions for their customers.

You will work with partner sellers and engineers on live opportunities, build long‑term partner capability, and drive pipeline growth through enablement, demonstrations and PoCs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of technical presales in storage or partner channels.
• Deep hands-on ability to pitch, demo and architect storage solutions.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware/KVM) and at least two app stacks.
• Hands-on knowledge of at least one major public cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Experience with channel partner business models and sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop partner technical advocacy and enablement programs.
• Lead deep-dive discussions with partners to translate needs into architected solutions.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demos tied to business outcomes.
• Support PoCs and solution configurations to meet partner requirements.
• Collaborate with account teams to generate and progress storage opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and smooth handoffs to delivery.
