twiceasnice Recruiting, on behalf of an international manufacturer, seeks a Remote Channel Sales Manager for Access Control & Physical Security. The role covers the US and Canada with an OTE of $150,000 to $200,000 and is full-time.

Start ASAP or Early 2027, with ~25% travel and a collaborative US-based team within a global organization. The ideal candidate will grow sales through dealers, integrators, distributors, and partners, while developing new business opportunities and working closely

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial sales experience in access control, physical security, or related hardware.
• Experience selling through channel or dealer networks; travel 25% across US/Canada.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with channel partners and resellers.
• Drive channel sales growth through partner development.
• Identify and onboard new partners and business opportunities.
• Develop relationships with key end users to create pull-through demand.
• Support partners with product training, sales tools, and ongoing communication.
• Collaborate with marketing on partner campaigns and promotions.
• Track pipeline activity, forecasts, and partner performance in CRM.
• Negotiate pricing, programs, and partnership agreements.
• Represent the company at partner meetings and industry events.
• Assist in developing channel programs and go-to-market strategies.
• Provide updates on partner activity, pipeline health, and market feedback.
