ClearCo is seeking a Channel Partner Manager to manage a portfolio of reseller partners, including PEOs and regional payroll providers. You will retain and grow partners, upsell modules, expand adoption, and drive renewals with a quota-carrying mindset.

You will collaborate with Product, Support, Implementation, Solutions Engineer, and Engineering teams to deliver joint value and maintain strong partner relationships. The role is remote and offers a competitive base with OTE.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account/partner or channel management in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of upsell, renewal, or net revenue retention goals.
• Experience negotiating renewals and pricing with customers or partners.
• Experience working with resellers, PEOs, payroll providers, or channel partners is a plus.
• HR tech experience or HR background valued.

Responsabilités

• Expand partner portfolio and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities across the reseller base.
• Drive partner adoption and usage to increase value for clients.
• Own renewals and contract negotiations to protect revenue.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with partners and internal teams.
