Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or partner management in B2B SaaS
• Experience negotiating renewals and pricing with customers/partners
• Experience working with resellers or channel partners preferred
• HR technology or Human Resources background valued

Responsabilités

• Own reseller portfolio, including expansion and renewals
• Drive partner adoption and renewals, and build joint growth plans
• Lead quarterly business reviews and risk management with partners
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering to deliver value to partners
