Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Ability to manage, reconcile, and validate large datasets across systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams and external partners.
• Proven track record of identifying inefficiencies and driving improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Basic understanding of data governance and metadata management.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional channel operations with operational insight on disputes and billing activity.
• Audit and maintain metadata accuracy for channel partners across systems.
• Drive process transformation and optimize billing controls to improve efficiency.
• Curation and maintenance of Salesforce data to ensure consistency and integrity.
• Provide onboarding and distribution workflow support with external distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain process maps for key workflows and build dashboards for visibility.
