Job summary

Solventum is seeking a remote Channel Marketing leader to drive growth across eCommerce, eTailers, and distribution partners in the Americas. You will develop annual plans, collaborate with sales, and ensure premium brand positioning with compelling content and assets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of experience in channel marketing, with up to 10% travel. Relocation may be authorized, and applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of Channel Marketing experience.
• Work location: Remote.
• Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international.
• Relocation Assistance: May be authorized.
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel-specific marketing strategies to accelerate revenue growth across eCommerce, eTailers, distribution partners, and full-line medical dealers throughout the Americas.
• Identify growth opportunities, market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to optimize channel investments and drive market share gains.
• Build annual channel business plans that align with Littmann's strategic priorities, commercial objectives, and brand positioning.
• Partner with sales leadership to define channel growth targets, promotional calendars, and demand generation initiatives.
• Develop joint marketing plans with key eTailer partners to drive awareness, conversion, and premium brand positioning.
• Partner with Regional marketer to ensure best-in-class product content, imagery, videos, and educational materials across partner websites.
• Analyze eTailer performance metrics and recommend actions to improve sales, market share, and customer experience.
