AireSpring, in partnership with Spectrotel, seeks a Channel Manager to drive telecom channel growth remotely. You will recruit and manage Trusted Advisors, develop regional channel strategies, and enable partners across a global footprint.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in telecom channel management focusing on the TSD channel.
• Deep knowledge of Managed Voice, data, SD-WAN, SASE, cloud services.
• Proven ability to build high-trust relationships with TSDs and Trusted Advisors.
• Experience executing sales strategies and growing partner revenue.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new TSDs and Trusted Advisors.
• Develop targeted regional channel strategies; train and support partners.
• Foster trusted relationships and be the primary contact for partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to enable channels.
• Monitor partner performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate and manage partner agreements ensuring mutual benefits.
