Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Channel Development Lead to define the sales product strategy for one or more lines of business and target markets.

You will own strategic programs, governance, and metrics in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment. You will partner with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and external partners to drive execution, improve member experience and sales performance, and translate strategy into executable roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in call center, contact center, sales operations, customer service ops, or related.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent, high-priority projects with competing deadlines.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional initiatives involving business transformation or program delivery.
• Experience communicating updates, risks and outcomes to senior leaders.
• Experience analyzing operational data to identify trends and gaps.
• Experience resolving complex operational issues in fast-paced, cross-functional env.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and driving initiatives to completion without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic initiatives and complex projects from planning through execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, milestones and status reports.
• Identify process inefficiencies, gaps, and risks through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead process improvements to enhance member experience and sales efficiency.
• Translate business strategies into executable programs and timelines.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and urgent delivery.
• Provide executive communications, recommendations, and visibility into risks and progress.
• Collaborate across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and partners.
