Humana is seeking a Channel Development Lead to define sales product strategy across lines of business and markets. The role requires strong project management, data-driven decision making, and executive communication to influence senior leaders.

The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional initiatives, optimize performance, and lead complex programs from concept to implementation, often in a remote-capable, fast-paced environment with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in call center, contact center, sales ops, or related ops.
• Experience managing multiple high-priority projects with deadlines.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional initiatives in transformation or program delivery.
• Experience communicating updates and risks to senior leaders.
• Experience analyzing operational data for trends and gaps.
• Experience resolving complex operational issues in fast-paced environments.
• Influence across stakeholders without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic initiatives and complex projects from planning to execution.
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, milestones, and status reporting.
• Identify process inefficiencies and business risks via data analysis.
• Lead improvement initiatives to enhance member experience and efficiency.
• Translate strategies into executable programs with timelines.
• Collaborate across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Tech, and partners.
• Provide executive-level communication and progress visibility.
• Ensure delivery within aggressive timelines and shifting priorities.
