Qualifications

• 3+ years in call center, contact center, sales operations, or related environment.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple deadlines.
• Experience communicating updates and risks to senior leaders.
• Experience analyzing operational data to identify trends and gaps.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic initiatives and complex projects from planning through execution.
• Develop project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and executive status reports.
• Identify process inefficiencies, risks, and operational gaps via data analysis.
• Lead process improvements to enhance member experience and sales efficiency.
• Translate business strategies into executable programs with timelines.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technology.
• Provide concise, proactive updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.
