Job summary

Advanced Technology Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager I (Change Order Focus) to identify and quantify schedule impacts from scope changes. You will work with engineering and production to mitigate costs and ensure changes are captured contractually.

You will coordinate with internal teams and customers to define, document, approve, implement, and communicate approved changes, maintaining alignment and preventing scope creep throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related discipline with at least two years leading projects/programs.
• Experience managing complex projects with budgets > US$100,000.
• Experience managing project scope, change orders, risks, budgets, and schedules.
• Government programs/NQA-1 or nuclear experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifies potential changes to project scope and requirements.
• Evaluates cost, schedule, and resource impacts of proposed changes.
• Coordinates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Finance and other stakeholders.
• Develops change-order documentation detailing costs, schedule impacts, and risks.
• Communicates change-order requirements to customers and internal teams from start to close-out.
• Ensures changes are incorporated into project schedules, budgets and procurement plans.
