Job summary

Experis Technology Group is seeking a Change Manager to support enterprise change initiatives across technology and process transformations. The role emphasizes stakeholder communication, structured facilitation, and driving user adoption to align with organizational goals.

Remote (USA) position with a 12-month engagement. Preferred credentials include Prosci CCMP and ServiceNow experience.

Qualifications

3–6 years of change management experience; 5+ years preferred.
Experience supporting technology implementations and business transformations.
Experience in integrations or M&A is preferred; translate complex change into plans.
ServiceNow experience is preferred.
SaaS/technology industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Complete stakeholder and impact analyses to identify change needs, adoption risks, and readiness gaps.
Build change strategies and execution plans for technology and process transformation.
Create communication plans and change content to inform and engage stakeholders.
Facilitate change agent meetings and manage stakeholder feedback loops.
Develop training content and prepare readiness/adoption risk reports for executives.
