Partner Company seeks a seasoned Change Management Lead (Prosci Certified) to drive organizational change during a WorkForce Software implementation. The role is fully remote across the United States, with travel as needed.

You will craft strategies, lead adoption efforts, and work with senior leadership to ensure readiness and sustained benefits. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in change management, a strong ADKAR background, and a track record of delivering measurable outcomes in enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.
• Prosci certification and strong understanding of the ADKAR model in organizational transformation.
• At least 10 years of experience leading change management initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise software implementations; familiarity with WorkForce Software is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop and execute communication, sponsorship, coaching, training, and resistance plans.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to align change strategies with project goals.
• Lead change management activities across the WorkForce Software implementation.
• Apply Prosci ADKAR model to guide stakeholders through transformation stages.
• Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations, addressing resistance.
• Develop and maintain change deliverables: communication plans, roadmaps, training plans.
• Design communications to explain change benefits to diverse audiences.
• Coach executives and teams to strengthen leadership alignment and participation.
• Integrate change activities into project plans and org design initiatives.
• Establish success metrics and monitor progress for continuous improvement.
• Travel internationally as needed and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
• Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings.
