Job summary

Woolpert is seeking a Google Project/Change Management Specialist to oversee end‑to‑end Google Workspace migrations and adoption for clients. The role focuses on structured project delivery combined with human‑centric adoption strategies, coordinating cross‑functional teams and guiding stakeholders from kickoff through full adoption.

You will design change communications, facilitate training, and build champion networks to ensure high customer satisfaction and meaningful business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex IT programs, with at least 3 years focused on Google Workspace deployments and Change Management.
• Certifications: PMP, Agile/Scrum preferred; Google Workspace Professional Administrator or Deployment Specialist credentials.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Execution: lead planning, scoping, and execution of Google Workspace deployment programs.
• Stakeholder Alignment: act as primary contact for client leadership with transparent communication and risk mitigation.
• Resource & Timeline Ownership: manage cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): define and own delivery metrics and address friction points.
• Profile Management: manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Change Strategy: design and execute comprehensive change management strategies tailored to client cultures.
• Impact Assessment: conduct stakeholder analyses to anticipate user friction.
• Champion Networks: build Google Guides/Champions networks within client organizations.
• Value Realization: coach clients on leveraging Google Workspace for improved collaboration.
