Job summary

Suitebriar, Inc. seeks an AI Deployment & Change Management Manager to govern the rollout and adoption of Google Gemini Enterprise, Google Workspace with Gemini, and Google Cloud Platform solutions.

This client-facing leader will manage technical deployment, user enablement, and change strategies to drive measurable business value. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in technical PM or organizational change, with familiarity of Google Workspace, Gemini, and cloud migrations, plus strong

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technical project management, SaaS implementation, or organizational change management.
• Demonstrated consulting acumen with experience advising clients and guiding executive conversations from strategy through execution.
• Proven experience project-managing AI development and/or deployments, cloud migrations, or complex SaaS rollouts.
• Familiarity with the administration, licensing, or configuration settings of Google Workspace.
• Outstanding facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect client-specific adoption strategies translating complex AI features into practical, role-based workflows.
• Develop and lead customer AI Use Case workshops.
• Design and execute change management plans to support transitions from legacy platforms to Google Workspace.
• Create communication and enablement strategies to drive daily usage of Gemini tools.
• Coordinate the end-to-end project lifecycle for Google Gemini Enterprise, Workspace, and Cloud migrations.
• Coordinate provisioning, licensing, and rollout phases for Google Gemini and Cloud products.
• Maintain governance documentation including progress tracking and risk logs.
