Job summary

Vallen USA is seeking an Organizational Development Manager to lead enterprise training, development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives supporting operational excellence.

You will oversee trainers delivering training during new customer implementations across ERP platforms and ensure high-quality learning experiences. This role partners with Operations, IT, HR, and Sales to drive scalable programs, change management, and knowledge management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in organizational development, training leadership, or L&D.
• Experience leading learning teams and enterprise training programs.
• Experience designing enterprise training programs for cross-functional audiences.
• Strong knowledge of change management principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of trainers delivering training across multiple ERP platforms during new customer implementations.
• Develop standardized training frameworks to ensure consistency across programs and delivery methods.
• Design scalable training programs using in-person, digital, and self-paced learning tools.
• Partner with HR and operations to align training with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Establish KPIs to measure training effectiveness and organizational impact.
