Job summary

HeadFirst B.V. is seeking a Change Management Lead to guide MSP/VMS implementations through change activities, user adoption and stakeholder engagement. You will shape training, branding and communications while coordinating with operations and program teams to ensure readiness for go-live.

You will design adoption strategies, oversee program branding and maintain clear communications to maximize user uptake across clients, suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• : 3+ years in change management, training or instructional delivery, UX/adoption strategy or internal communications; HR/Procurement/MSP experience preferred.
• : Experience with stakeholder mapping, journey/UX mapping and adoption campaign design.
• : Proficient in creating engaging, visually clear training materials and communications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training strategies and materials across client, supplier and internal audiences.
• Own and execute communications strategy, timelines and tone for all active implementations.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, adoption planning and change readiness activities for client programs.
• Develop reusable change-agent templates, branding frameworks and playbooks for client programs.
• Ensure content aligns to brand standards and is published with version control on SharePoint/Teams.
• Monitor adoption metrics and adjust materials based on feedback.
