Job summary

Site is seeking a Change Manager to drive digital change across Finance Transformation initiatives. You will lead change management activities, develop deliverables, and coach IT teams in adopting new processes within a multi-stakeholder environment.

The role requires 5–8 years’ experience in business and technology transformation, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Agile frameworks. Remote work with travel to Texas and Ohio is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of business and technology transformation project experience.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive briefing skills.
• Experience with change management frameworks.
• Ability to work with IT and business stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Familiarity with Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital change management for Finance Transformation efforts.
• Create and execute deliverables such as change management plans, impact assessments, communications plans, runbooks, engagement tactics, and training plans.
• Act as the Change Manager on assigned project(s) and coach IT teams in change practices.
• Guide teams through change activities to adopt new ways of working and raise awareness among business leaders.
• Provide full-service change management support including messaging, documentation, and content creation.
• Experience with communicating to senior leaders and LT-level audiences.
