Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Senior Change Manager with – 5-8 years’ experience of business and technology transformation project experience to support the Forecast Transformation project within the Finance group. This effort will implement a connected forecasting capability to strengthen strategic partnership, financial integrity, and enterprise decision-making. The Change Manager will apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities for assigned workstreams, while also supporting targeted efforts to build change capability across the Finance group, Forecast Transformation team, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver Digital Change Management for supporting Finance Transformation efforts. Create and execute actionable deliverables such as (but not limited to): change management plans, impact assessments, communications plans, runbooks, engagement tactics, and training plans. Act as the Change Manager on assigned project(s). Consult and coach IT teams in understanding and using change management framework and practices. Guide teams through standard and specialized change management activities, with the intention of supporting the adoption of new ways of working, while raising the knowledge and awareness of business unit leaders in change management.

Specifically, we are looking for a consultant to (as needed):

• Provide full-service change management project support which includes (but is not limited to):
• Messaging to management – creating presentations, assist with crafting messaging up to the LT level (strong PowerPoint and communication skills are a must)
• Assisting with users, vendor forum content, and documentation of issues
• Process flow and role mapping facilitation and documentation
• Ability / knowledge of working within the Agile framework
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse personalities and numerous levels of leadership
• Experience with OneStream would be beneficial, although not required

Responsibilities

• Support project team with all aspects of change management
• Work with Business and IT personnel to execute OCM plans and deliverables

• Perform detailed stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment, including roles and responsibilities
• Develop and track metrics for success (readiness, sponsorship)
• Create actionable deliverables for the change management levers as required, such as: change readiness plan, communications and engagement plan, sponsor roadmap, training plan, resistance management plan, celebration plan
• Create enablement content such as playbooks, FAQs, quick reference guides, and onboarding materials
• Facilitation of workshops (e.g., focus groups, conceptual design)
