Job summary

The University of Rochester is seeking a Change Management professional to guide projects through people-side transitions, ensuring adoption of new processes and systems. You will design and execute change strategies, coach stakeholders, and align communications and training with project goals.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, facilitation, and organizational change expertise, with a background in higher education or large complex enterprises preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Behavioral Psychology, Business or related field and 5 years of relevant experience establishing and implementing organizational change management and support required
• Master's degree preferred
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Plays a key role in ensuring projects reach full potential by preparing stakeholders for change and embracing it.
• Develops and executes change management plans covering people, processes, workflows, and systems.
• Collaborates with Project Manager to integrate change activities into the overall project plan and ensure budget/objectives are met.
• Provides guidance on change management activities including communications, training, and ongoing support.
