• Coordinate change management activities for banking products, processes, policies, and initiatives.
• Track milestones, deliverables, approvals, and deadlines for timely implementation.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, compliance, legal, and operations to gather feedback and coordinate reviews.
• Support updates to banking product documentation and related processes.
• Maintain organized records of changes, reviews, approvals, and documentation.
• Communicate status, outstanding items, risks, and delays to stakeholders.
• Identify improvements to review procedures and change management workflows.
