Insight Global is seeking a Change Management Analyst to work remotely for a federal financial organization, focusing on acquisitions and budget functions. You will evaluate current processes and design a structured approach for user access, support requests, approvals, and escalations.

You will create clearer routing, update documentation, and develop trainings to enable a smoother user experience with the new financial tool, reducing unnecessary coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of consulting experience with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in change management planning and organizational readiness.
• Experience documenting processes, SOPs, FAQs, and training materials.
• Experience supporting adoption/training for a new system or process transformation.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Review existing process documentation and identify improvement opportunities.
• Define clearer processes for information requests, support, and approvals.
• Establish consistent routing for support requests.
• Develop and update process documentation, communications, and training materials.
• Coordinate with financial analysts, SMEs, PMs, and tool users to improve the support process.
• Ensure questions and requests are directed to appropriate owners.
