Bixal is seeking a Change Enablement Specialist to prepare agency users and administrators for modernization of federal information systems. You will write the change and communication plans and the release messages, build and deliver the training for each new capability, produce the guides people rely on, and track adoption across the government-wide rollout.

• Experience designing trainings for adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the modernization change management plan and communication plan.
• Lead training for each modernization release with sessions and job aids.
• Assess change impacts and stakeholder readiness for each release.
• Write and coordinate release communications for current and new platforms.
