Bixal, a Fairfax, VA-based consulting firm, seeks a Change Enablement Specialist to drive organizational change management for large federal IT modernization efforts. You will write plans, lead training, and coordinate communications across release cadences.

You will produce guides, assess readiness, track adoption, and support 508-compliant communications. This role offers remote work within the U.S. and a salary range of $100k–$110k with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering change management and communications for technology rollouts, federal IT preferred.
• 3+ years designing and facilitating training for adult learners, including virtual sessions.
• Experience assessing change impacts, stakeholder readiness, and user adoption.
• Proficient in plain-language change communications and 508 accessibility.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain the organizational change management plan and communication plan for each release.
• Lead training for modernization releases: assess needs, design sessions, and facilitate virtual training for users.
• Assess change impacts and stakeholder readiness for each release.
• Write and coordinate release communications, banners, emails, and help desk scripts.
• Align communications with agile release cadences and deployment activities.
• Bring change readiness criteria to production readiness reviews and follow through post-release.
• Collect user feedback, track adoption, and report readiness to Government.
• Produce user/admin guides, SOPs, and training content for releases.
