Job summary

Orchard in New York City is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance organization through profitable growth. You will oversee FP&A, Strategic Finance, and Accounting, partnering with the CEO and leadership team to drive disciplined budgeting, accurate forecasting, and strong financial insight.

This is a full-time role that reports to the CEO, with flexible work location in NYC or remote for candidates in Denver, CO or Austin, TX.

Qualifications

10+ years of success in financial leadership roles.
Proven ability to lead FP&A, strategic finance, and accounting teams.
Investor mindset with big-picture and detailed financial focus.
Entrepreneurial, high-energy leader comfortable in fast-moving environments.
Strong communicator with decision-making under uncertainty.
M&A experience is a plus.
