Monetary Metals is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the company's financial operations through its next growth phase. The role is remote and reports to the CEO, joining the Executive Leadership Team.

The ideal candidate will drive strategic finance, capital markets activity, and international expansion, with a track record in IPO readiness, acquisitions, and scalable finance functions.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling a company from ~50 employees to hundreds.
• Experience taking a company through the IPO process.
• CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term financial plan for global growth.
• Lead IPO readiness, governance and external reporting.
• Oversee treasury, risk management and capital allocation.
• Drive enterprise-wide financial planning and KPIs.
• Engage with investment banks, auditors and legal advisors.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
