Job summary

Monetary Metals (MM) is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the company's financial operations through its next phase of growth, with a focus on IPO readiness and international expansion.

The CFO will build a world-class finance organization, partner with the CEO and Board, oversee treasury, governance and investor relations, and serve on the Executive Leadership Team in a remote capacity.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling a company from ~50 employees to hundreds.
• Experience taking a company through the IPO process.
• CPA or equivalent qualification; Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance.

Responsibilities

• Build a finance organization capable of supporting growth and a future public company.
• Lead IPO readiness, investor relations and governance with the CEO and Board.
• Oversee treasury, risk management, audits and internal controls.
