Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required and an active Appraiser license or certification.
• 0–1 year of related mortgage/appraisal experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze data, write results clearly, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct unbiased property value assessments and analyze data per guidelines.
• Document on-site findings with photos, measurements, and comparable sales.
• Explain results to clients and stakeholders and support process improvements.
• Meet turnaround times and escalate when timelines may be at risk.
