Job summary

First American is seeking Certified Residential Real Estate Appraisers in the Duluth, MN area. You will conduct unbiased valuations and prepare USPAP-compliant reports based on market and property data.

You will inspect properties, analyze factors affecting value, and use MLS/local data sources. An active state appraisal certification and strong writing and communication skills are required.
