Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician with CPhT preferred.
• Active state Pharmacy registration where applicable.
• Experience supporting pharmacy operations, prior authorizations, claims, PBM services, or healthcare customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to pharmacy-related inquiries and benefit questions.
• Research and resolve pharmacy claims, eligibility, and coverage.
• Review, document, and process pharmacy transactions per guidelines.
• Utilize multiple systems to investigate issues and document interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure service quality.
