Job summary

WolibaHealth is seeking Certified Health Coaches to work with employees of corporate partners in a fully remote, contract role. You will guide clients in sustainable lifestyle changes across nutrition, movement, stress management, and habit formation using our AI matchmaking platform.

The role offers a flexible schedule and remote-first operations, with optional on-site opportunities depending on location. As a coach, you’ll deliver 1:1 virtual sessions, maintain accurate notes, and stay current

Qualifications

• Active certification from a recognized coaching organization (e.g., NBHWC, ACE Health Coach, IIN, AFPA, Duke IM, FMCA)
• Minimum of 3 years coaching experience, preferably with adults or corporate populations
• Strong background in health behavior change and motivational interviewing
• Excellent communication and listening skills with a compassionate approach
• Tech-savvy with video conferencing and coaching tools
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 virtual coaching sessions focused on behavior change (nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep)
• Educate and empower clients to set and pursue personal wellness goals
• Maintain accurate session notes and track progress using WolibaHealth’s coaching platform
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and best practices
• Participate in optional group workshops, webinars, or community engagement
• Stay current on evidence-based best practices in health and wellness coaching
