Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a remote Health Coach to join a multi-disciplinary team focused on improving participant health outcomes. You’ll engage members through outbound and inbound coaching calls, provide education, and motivate lifestyle changes using established workflows.

Required NBHWC certified training and a bachelor’s degree in a health-related field. Strong communication, documentation, and ability to work evenings and Saturdays are essential.

Qualifications

• Completed training from a NBHWC certified program.
• Active NBHWC board certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field required (e.g., psychology, nutrition, exercise science).
• Experience with chat to deliver coaching sessions is a plus.
• Familiarity with contact center metrics and adherence to schedule.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic coaching calls (inbound/outbound) to educate and motivate participants.
• Enroll eligible participants and guide behavior change using structured workflows.
• Coordinate with nurses and vendors to deliver services.
• Maintain documentation and track member progress and outcomes.
• Participate in daily and monthly team meetings to share insights.
