Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a Certified Health Coach to join its remote team. You will engage members via phone and chat, provide behavior-change coaching, and help participants adopt healthier lifestyles under NBHWC guidelines.

The role requires NBHWC training, a health-related bachelor's, strong communication, and ability to work evenings and rotating Saturdays. Compensation starts at $21.50–$25 per hour with certification, with supervision under Coaching Operations.

Qualifications

• Completed NBHWC certified training program.
• Active NBHWC board certification a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in health-related field.
• Experience using chat to deliver coaching sessions.
• Experience with benchmarks and contact center metrics preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Engage in telephonic calls: inbound and outbound coaching.
• Provide behavior-change coaching using motivational interviewing.
• Coordinate delivery of services with nurses and external vendors.
• Support operational aspects to meet customer requirements and schedule.
• Attend daily and monthly meetings; track progress and outcomes.
