Job summary

You will interpret certificate language, assess client needs, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to mitigate risk through accurate documentation.

• Property & Casualty license may be required or obtained within timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze certificate requests for compliance with contracts and risk standards.
• Interpret certificate language and determine appropriate coverage representation.
• Explain certificate requirements to clients and internal teams; resolve inquiries.
• Maintain accurate documentation in agency management systems and ensure controls.
• Collaborate with account managers and brokers to support construction clients’ needs.
