Job summary

The Baldwin Group is seeking a Compliance Analyst to ensure client insurance requirements are met and maintained across assigned accounts. You will review Certificates of Insurance and coverage documents, manage renewal tracking, and coordinate with agents and management companies to obtain compliant documentation.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in insurance certificate review or compliance support, a 4-40 license within 90 days, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years in insurance certificate reviews or compliance support.
• 4-40 license within first 90 days of employment.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Review coverage against client requirements and document any deficiencies.
• Proactively manage renewal tracking and certificate follow-up.
• Coordinate with insurance agents and management companies to obtain corrected docs.
• Prepare monthly compliance monitoring reports.
• Maintain audit-ready records of certificate status and resolutions.
