Job summary

The Baldwin Group, an award-winning insurance brokerage, seeks a Compliance Analyst to ensure client insurance requirements are met across assigned accounts. You will review Certificates of Insurance, document deficiencies, and maintain audit-ready records.

In a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will coordinate with insurance agents and management companies to obtain and correct documentation, track renewals, and prepare monitoring reports for internal and client review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years in insurance certificate or coverage review, compliance support, or related function preferred.
• Must obtain 4-40 license within 90 days.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with agency management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple renewals.

Responsibilities

• Review coverage against client requirements and identify non-compliance.
• Manage renewal tracking and certificate follow-up with deadlines.
• Coordinate with insurance agents and management companies to correct documentation.
• Prepare monthly compliance monitoring reports and audit-ready records.
• Escalate complex issues to senior compliance colleagues as needed.
