You will coach owners on pricing, cash flow, and strategic decisions, leveraging prior CEO or P&L leadership to challenge and accountability. Applicants must reside in the US and have strong business leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Has owned a business or served as a CEO or President with company-wide P&L responsibility.
• Has directly advised small-business owners on strategy, financial performance, and growth.
• Understands profitability, cash flow, pricing, and operations.
• Can challenge owners, coach them through decisions, and hold them accountable.

Responsibilities

• The base salary is $110K with performance-based compensation that brings the OTE to $182K+.
• Work 100% remotely as a full-time W-2 employee.
• Clients are provided by HTM to support growth and profitability initiatives.
