How To MANAGE a Small Law Firm is seeking an experienced CEO Advisor to guide law firm owners toward profitability and scalable operations. This remote, full-time role partners with clients provided by HTM to drive growth and governance.

You will coach owners on pricing, cash flow, and strategic decisions, leveraging prior CEO or P&L leadership to challenge and accountability. Applicants must reside in the US and have strong business leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• The base salary is $110K with performance-based compensation that brings the OTE to $182K+.
• Work 100% remotely as a full-time W-2 employee.
• Clients are provided by HTM to support growth and profitability initiatives.

As a CEO Advisor, you'll work one-on-one with law firm owners to improve profitability, strengthen operations, manage cash flow, and build businesses that grow. We bring you the clients. You bring the experience.
