You bring a track record of operating SMBs, can challenge assumptions, and collaborate with owners to increase profitability and sustainable value.

Qualifications

• Proven operating experience as a CEO, President, COO, or equivalent, with P&L accountability.
• Experience growing SMBs with revenues roughly $500K–$30M+, and ability to explain key decisions.
• Extensive leadership in small/midsized business contexts, not limited to large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans and growth strategies with owners.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, cash flow to identify improvements.
• Identify and solve operational challenges with practical solutions.
• Coach owners through tough decisions, enforce accountability.
• Help build stronger systems, improve execution, and long-term value.
