• Experience growing small and midsized businesses with revenues from $500K to $30M+.
• Financial and strategic acumen, plus hands-on leadership to help owners execute.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with business owners to develop business plans, growth strategies, and actionable priorities.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, cash flow, and profitability to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Identify operational challenges and help owners implement practical solutions.
