How To MANAGE a Small Law Firm (HTM) is seeking an experienced CEO Advisor to work remotely with small and midsized business owners, helping them build plans and improve profitability.

You'll analyze operations, develop strategic initiatives, and coach owners to execute priorities, turning insights into measurable growth. This full-time W-2 role offers a base salary of $110,000 plus performance incentives and an elite benefits bundle.

Qualifications

• Proven operating experience as CEO/President/COO with P&L ownership.
• Experience growing businesses from $500K to $30M+ in revenue.
• Strong small- and mid-sized business (SMB) operating background.
• Ability to engage with business owners, discuss strategy and financials.

Responsabilités

• Work directly with business owners to develop growth strategies and actionable priorities.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, cash flow, and profitability to identify opportunities.
• Identify operational challenges and help owners implement practical solutions.
• Coach owners through difficult decisions and establish accountability.
