• Financial and strategic acumen, plus hands-on leadership to help owners execute.

What We're Looking For:

• $110,000 base salary with $182,000+ total earnings potential through performance-based compensation.
• Full-time W-2 employment with clients provided by HTM.
• Uncapped performance opportunity subject to the compensation plan.
