Job summary

Reliance Worldwide Corporation is seeking a Commercial Business Development Manager for the Central Florida region. The role emphasizes selling RWC products to contractors, engineers, and specifiers with a focus on site visits, office presentations, and strategic territory planning.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of outside sales experience in construction, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• The ideal candidate will have construction experience and installer/foreman or similar equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience within the assigned territory.
• MS Office and a CRM program experience preferred; strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and demonstrate installation methods, features, benefits and applications of all RWC products.
• Plan territory sales with RSM and agencies to ensure market coverage.
• Sell to installers, inspectors, engineers, architects, builders, distributors and developers.
• Update Salesforce with opportunities, next steps, dates, probability and dollars.
• Develop and implement a territory sales plan to meet sales and margin targets.
