Job summary

Euclid Chemical seeks a Cement Additives Process Engineer to support the cement additive sales team with technical guidance and data-driven customer solutions. You will lead plant trials, mill audits, and analysis to optimize clinker performance and product recommendations.

The role requires a strong background in cement chemistry, process control, and excellent communication skills to work with internal teams and external customers. Remote-friendly with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical or mechanical) or chemistry; master's preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years in cement manufacturing process control or quality management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical ambassador for the cement additive sales team.
• Provide troubleshooting and feedback to customers.
• Lead plant trials and mill audits with data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate to develop new products and improve existing lines.
• Maintain thorough records of activity with customers.
