Molecular Devices, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Field Applications Scientist to support automated cell culture platforms across North America. You will perform live demonstrations, trainings, and troubleshooting for academic, biotech, pharma, and government customers.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years in automation and cell culture, with preference for 3D biology experience; a degree in Biological Sciences is required.

Qualifications

• Requires an advanced degree in Biological Sciences or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with laboratory automation and automated liquid handlers.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with long-term cell culture including iPSCs.
• Experience with 3D biology (organoids, spheroids, tumoroids) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales application support for automated cell culture platforms.
• Lead live demonstrations, customer trainings, and troubleshooting sessions.
• Travel up to 75% and cover the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions; remote/home office based in Greater Boston area.
