Job summary

Molecular Devices, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Field Applications Scientist to deliver pre/post-sales support for automated cell culture platforms across North America. You will perform live demonstrations, trainings, and troubleshooting, traveling up to 75% to Northeast/Mid-Atlantic regions.

The role requires an advanced biology degree and hands-on automation and cell culture experience, with bonus for 3D biology expertise. Remote work may be available within the US.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Biological Sciences or equivalent.
2+ years hands-on experience with laboratory automation.
2+ years hands-on experience with long-term cell culture (including iPSCs).
Experience with 3D biology (organoids, spheroids) preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales and post-sales application support for automated cell culture platforms.
Deliver live demonstrations, customer trainings, and troubleshooting.
Travel up to 75% to cover the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
Collaborate with North America Sales and Applications Manager and team.
