Job summary

Molecular Devices, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Cellular Workflow Automation Field Applications Scientist to deliver expert pre-sales and post-sales support for automated cell culture and 3D biology platforms across North America. You will demonstrate solutions, train customers, and troubleshoot complex workflows to accelerate scientific discovery.

The role requires an advanced biology degree and hands-on experience with lab automation, long-term cell culture including iPSCs, and

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Biological Sciences or equivalent discipline
• 2+ years hands-on experience with laboratory automation including automated liquid handlers
• 2+ years hands-on experience with long-term cell culture including iPSCs
• Experience with 3D biology including organoids/spheroids preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales application support for automated cell culture platforms
• Live demonstrations, customer trainings and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with North America Sales and Applications Manager to cover Northeast and Mid-Atlantic
