This role covers Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions with remote work options, requiring travel and strong customer-facing skills for demonstrations and trainings.

You will work with cutting-edge biology workflows, collaborating with sales and R&D teams to drive adoption and ensure successful customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales application support for automated cell culture platforms.

• Collaborate with North America Sales and Applications Manager to cover Northeast and Mid-Atlantic remotely.
• Grow cross-disciplinary expertise across multiple biology workflows.
